Kayla Hardnett, M.Ed

Kayla Hardnett is an accomplished instructional coach with 14 years of experience supporting educators and transforming instructional practice. Holding a master’s degree in Educational Leadership and serving as a certified mentor, Kayla brings a strong foundation in both teaching and leadership to every partnership.

Her expertise spans professional development facilitation, curriculum implementation, classroom coaching, and new teacher support. Kayla is known for her practical, strengths-based approach that helps educators build confidence, refine their craft, and make meaningful impact in their classrooms. Driven by a passion for empowering teachers, she is committed to ensuring every educator feels supported, capable, and equipped to help students thrive.

Jasmine Williams, Ed.S

Jasmine Williams, Ed.S, is a dedicated educator and instructional coach with 16 years of experience supporting teachers and leaders in strengthening instruction and improving student outcomes. With a strong background in teaching and a specialist degree in education, Jasmine brings deep expertise in curriculum implementation and is skilled at translating complex instructional practices into clear, actionable steps.

As a certified mentor, Jasmine has a passion for guiding new teachers and building their confidence through practical, supportive professional development. She is equally committed to coaching both teachers and school leaders, helping them refine instructional strategies, elevate classroom practice, and create environments where all students can succeed.

Known for her collaborative approach and ability to meet educators where they are, Jasmine is driven by a belief that intentional coaching and high-quality curriculum implementation can transform teaching and learning.
